The Pathways at Marsai’s Way Foundation exist to help young leaders figure out what’s next, and how to get there.

Each pathway combines exposure, mentorship, and hands-on experience so participants gain more than inspiration, they gain direction. From creative leadership to financial literacy, wellness, and community impact, these pathways are designed to support growth, ownership, and long-term success.

Film & Creative Leadership Path

Who it’s for

  • Students and emerging creatives interested in film, TV, digital media, and entertainment

  • Youth curious about what happens behind the camera and beyond acting


What this path provides
Participants gain exposure to real production environments tied to Marsai’s work and partner projects:

  • Script development and creative planning exposure
